Trifecta Container
BEC fabricated a “boiler room in a box” with the help of some local contractors. The customer provided a used boiler to which BEC refurbished and retrofitted with a <30ppm, Dual Fuel Burner. BEC provided the water treatment equipment and designed the container layout to make it a self-contained, high-pressure steam portable container.
BEC was on a deadline crunch with this job and delivered. The customer requested a quick ship on a custom-made container. BEC acquired, fabricated, installed and delivered this package in a few short weeks. This container is portable and fits the needs of remote sites with reliable and quality steam production. This unit is capable of 30ppm Nat Gas or #2 Fuel Oil to adapt to many operating scenarios.
